Clerk - Treasurer

The Clerk's Office is responsible for maintaining assessment information and administering Board of Review, administrating elections, attending all meetings of the Village Board, acting as custodian of all official records of the Village, providing information to the public, and performing all other duties as prescribed by state law or local ordinance.

The Office of the Village Clerk is located at 129 E. Third Street in the Westfield Municipal Building.  Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
